How to Get to our Clinic?

From Causeway Bay MTR Station, take Exit E, turn right, and walk along Cleveland Street for about 2 minutes. Kimberley Mansion is on your right-hand side, close to SOGO and Times Square. The clinic is on the 16th floor (Suite 1605), with lift access available.

Q1. How do I book an appointment?

You can reach us by phone at +852 9532 1766 or via WhatsApp, letting us know your preferred date and time. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm. We recommend WhatsApp for a faster response, and you’re welcome to send photos describing your dental concern.

Q2. What are your opening hours? Are you open on Sundays or public holidays?

We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays, but we still reply to WhatsApp messages, so feel free to message us if it’s urgent.

Q3. I have a sudden toothache. Can I see the dentist the same day?

A toothache can be unbearable and disrupt your daily life, so we prioritise urgent cases and try to offer same-day appointments whenever possible. Please call or WhatsApp us and describe your symptoms so we can arrange a suitable time.

Q4. What should I bring for my first visit?

Please bring your Hong Kong ID card. If you have any previous X-rays or dental records from another clinic, feel free to bring those too. If you have dental insurance or a company medical card, please bring it along so we can check your coverage. We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early to complete a short registration form.
